Which starter kit is this one? I'm confused about which one to order. There's a SmokeStik Hendu Elite Starter Kit, SmokeStik Royale Starter Kit (which is sold out), and a SmokeStik Premium Starter Kit which comes with 1 menthol, which my husband doesn't like. I also have another question. I have been reading online about these smoking stiks and someone said that they continue sending cartridges to you every month and charge your card. Does Smokestik doe this also? Thanks alot!!!!
