I wish you would learn how to spell ASSESS properly. It's quite clear to me that you are 'working' your way through all the .EXE files in system / system32. Before any beginners to Windows XP start randomly 'clicking things' in system folders I would strongly recommend against this as some of those programs are used as switches and can do more damage than good unless you know exactly what you are doing. If in any doubt, seek a second opinion.
