In this video, I will show you how to install OpenSSH on Ubuntu Server 10.04 Linux. You will need to have terminal access to your server to install OpenSSH and have an account that is in the sudoers file (can use the command 'sudo') or root access. The command is 'sudo apt-get install openssh-server openssh-client' without the quotations. Then you can open up an ssh client, for example Putty. And then put in the IP of your server and the port you have changed it to. The username is the same as your user account on the server, same for the password. If you already have SSH access to your server, you can use this tutorial to learn how to secure your SSH and setup a Key (very secure) and disable password auth. To download and install the putty package go here, http://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/latest/x86/putty-0.61-installer.exe Also you can read this tutorial on some more tips to secure your SSH, http://www.thegeekstuff.com/2011/05/openssh-options/
