Coffee Artists™ Angel Sarkela-Saur & Andrew Saur have been invited to demonstrate their Coffee Art® at the Minnesota State Fair. It was part of the University of Minnesota and they were on stage for two hours, working on a coffee painting and answering questions from curious onlookers.

It was quite a success as hundreds of people witnessed the creation of the first Coffee Art® in Minnesota State Fair history!

The concept of this painting is the mascot, Champ the Bulldog, holding a piece of food in the shape of UMD on a stick. As everyone knows, you can get anything imaginable on a stick to eat at the Minnesota State Fair.
