The Evolution of Human Sexuality - 4 of 4

Human sexuality meets Complexity Theory: genetic and cultural evolution. Overall survey, highlighting co-evolutionary amplifiers (e.g. penis size and female orgasm), for both sociobiology and the cultural evolution of sexual norms.
Part 4/4 describes 3 very different systems of population regulation: the North European warrior ethic, Tibetan polyandry, and 3 varieties of body modification: penile subincision, lip plugs, and Chinese foot binding. I make the case that subincision and foot binding are both primarily intended to decrease rates of conception and hence limit over-population.
In conclusion, I describe how sexual ethics will evolve toward a humanistic morality that dispenses with the cruel, hideous, and anti-human ideology of our ignorant and superstitious past.
Part 4/4:warrior ethic: kill first, reproduce later, polyandry in Tibet, body modification and mutilation as part of population-regulation system. Penile subincision, female genital mutilation (FGM), lip plugs, Chinese bound feet. Future Sex: humanistic sexual ethos replacing ignorant superstition and violent repression.
