MW2 10th Prestige Emblem (No go..)

I have everything in MW2 and still no mw2 rotating 10th prestige emblem!!! WTF!

so here i show everything I have and how I still dont have that one last emblem!

I also have 1000\1000 gs from the game too, forgot to mention that...
I think the only way possible to get it is by getting all the prestige challenges BEFORE getting 10th prestige, or it's something DLC related...

EDIT: I can CONFIRM that by getting all the prestige challenges completed BEFORE reaching 10th prestige does NOT unlock the elusive emblem. I have an even further belief that DLC in the near future will enable the ability to unlock it.

EDIT2: ehh, i dont give a sh*t, yes my gt is visible whoop de doo... this video doesnt represent any methods of hacking\reverse engineering\cheating\boosting in any way.. it expresses the "end result" of my gameplay, and i am demonstrating that by doing so i have not achieved the emblem.. that is all.
