Obviously this is a mockery about bolivia, but dont mock the results. The drug problem started in Bolivia and now the USA has a huge problem with cocaine and crime related to drugs in their midst. Just look other countries and what cocaine has done to their cities. So here is the question : is bolivia something to mock about ?
