This was mainly just a test to see how my new computer handled HD recording. There were a few laggy patches, but overall I am pleased with the result.
The Quest "In Pyre Need" is very easy, and it can be done in only a few minutes. The guess the only reason it is under "experienced quests" is due to the skill requirements:
55 Firemaking
53 Fletching
52 Crafting
To do the distraction/diversion task afterwards, you need 51 Slayer.
Phoenix Quills are used to make Phoenix familiars at 72 Summoning.

You can make them into Phoenix familiars with 72 Summoning.
