Chris Krueger used the proven principles of The TSC Heart of a Champion Training and Nutrition Program to make this all-natural transformation in 42 days. The other competitors were free to use their own training methods and some received advice from Chris, but only a few of them had access to the proven principles of The TSC Heart of a Champion Training and Nutrition Program.

Overall everyone improved and had fun:
John Lorge burned 23 lbs of fat
Jeff Duncan got shredded.
Chris Krueger got super shredded
Gunther Schultze got stronger and more ripped.
Andrew Yeh broke his all-time personal best in the bench press.
Cody Dean burned over 12 lbs of fat in six weeks.
Ron Chow said he felt his best since high school.
Jake Parks improved his definition and got the strongest he's been since college.
