LI News Tonight special report- Reporter Chris Collora reports on Long Island's remaining "Great Gatsby" Gold Coast Mansions and the efforts to preserve the historic homes and the history of the Gold Coast.

Part II Features Oheka Castle in Huntington and Fairleigh in Muttontown. Both are examples of restored Gatsby Era mansions. This segment features interviews with Long Island Historic Mansions and Sites Alliance Founder Nancy Melius Murton, Oheka Castle owner Gary Melius, Otto Kahn relative Ann Kahn Baugh, Huntington Town Supervisor Frank Petrone, LI Authors Ellen Schaffer, Joan Cergol and Paul Mateyunas, Fairleigh owner Ursla Niarakis, Old Westbury Gardens PR rep Vince Kish, Suffolk County Parks Department Director Rich Martin, Oheka is the second largest private home ever built in the country. It was built in 1919 as the summer home of Otto Kahn. Fairlaigh was the summer home of George S. Brewster and his family.
