Uhhm... Read more books on quantum physics, actually written by peer reviewed quantum physicists.
Atoms are in no way "packets of sound," and as far as anyone knows, nothing is a packet of light but a photon.
So, believe what you will, but don't go dragging science in to it. What you believe may be helpful to you, but it is *not* science. It is very important to always make that distinction when dealing with belief.
