Sorry. I'm trying to answer all your questions as quickly as I can. Is God invisible, yes. Undetectable, no. See, you're thinking that if God were to manifest himself to you he would appear as an old Santa Claus looking fellow in a white robe and beard. But that graven image(2nd commandment) isn't what the Bible says concerning Him. It says "God is a spirit... and must be worshipped in spirit and in truth."(John 4:24) So since he is Spirit, you would feel him and know him rather than see.

But the really cool thing is that God has been seen among men! God manifested himself in the person of Jesus Christ!(John14:7) When he was on the cross, some shouted "if you are the Son of God, why don't you get yourself down from there?!" I know that's what you would say, because I used to be a Christian hating Athiest! And that's what I would've said too! But he had a world to save, and he wasn't here to do magic tricks. Likewise, God won't make things fly across the room! Look again!
