This video is very funny.
To the dissenters and nay-sayers I say this:
The vast majority of modern copyright and anti-piracy laws exist because governments are obsequious puppets that cater to the every whim of multinational businesses & record companies that line their filthy little pockets with "political donations" to fund their ludicrous political campaigns.
WE are the ones being ripped off - not artists and especially not record companies! CDs should cost less than $10 by now dammit.

I use file sharing to sample an artist's work. If I like them I buy their stuff, and I go to their shows too.

Artists most certainly are being ripped off, but it's not by the consumers (or pirates).

Stewart Lee, Jerry Sadowitz, Doug Stanhope, most underground and sub-culture performers/creative types are losing out on their livelyhood most, wheras Michael McIntyre, Peter Kay, One Direction, Leona Lewis,One Direction, and the countless comics called Russel are still shifting DVDs by the warehouse-full. Prob because their knuckle-dragging fanbase lack the vrains and opposable digits to download them. I always hoped piracy would mean only those who were motivated by creativity would remain :-(

I'm still waiting for someone to explain to me how grabbing a handbag out of an old lady's hand is the same thing as costing a multibillion dollar company a few bucks.

I like how this music video is made up of anti piracy ads. the person who made this vid stole video footage from an advert telling you not to steal video, in order to make this video.

you know the ironic thing about all this piracy horseshit? in the days before mp3s, at least 80% of my collection was blag tapes. now I can dl anything for free, and I do, guess how much of my CD collection is genuine shop bought? 100%. piracy is destroying the music biz... do fuck off. it's just Apple thinks the world owes them an astronomic fortune. there were no wet fuckers whining "copying music is like stealing"before Apple came along.

I think the DVD Publishers should try a bit harder to sell things that people want to buy. Pirated films are really good, because you generally don't get the anti-piracy ads on at the start, and sometimes when you do, they are ones like this which are funny, and you can skip them. Its straight on to the film. I'm more inclined to purchase a film when it comes in a fancy box too. Nothing too fancy, but something good, solid and made of wood that could be used in some sort of game
