Adopt Ricky

Ricky is a three-year-old male mini dachshund who very much needs a loving new home. He had a good life until his owner was forced to give him up, but she is very concerned that he not go to a shelter where he would likely be put down before having a second chance to make someone very happy. He currently lives in a foster home in Fort Bragg, CA. He is loving - a great kisser — loves to run and play with other dogs. Ricky is very fast in the chase. His foster mom says, "Ricky is real smart and happy. He's used to living with large dogs, needs a secure yard. He loves cuddling. Not sure about a cat since he loves to chase anything that moves.
