He's talking about returning to strength, courage, & honor. Not "lets make a civilization of soldiers". You can't be so slow that you didn't understand that. Perhaps if men returned to their duty of sustaining the household, their women wouldn't have to be bread winners & would have the time & strength to rear children of character & integrity. Corrupt moral standards has single mothers raising children alone while working jobs to feed them. To most women it was a "forced liberation". Those who gave up what THEY wanted in life for needs their families. So, you can stuff your weak selfish BS & men can take responsibility again.
