Kinda strained my left quad doing this. Nothing too serious but it should keep me away from heavy Squatting for a week or so.

  • @dt76028 Thanks bro!! No it's not bad. I barely felt it during the lift actually. It got tight afterwards when it wasn't warm anymore. It's really in the middle of the quad so it's hard to stretch.

  • J'ai l'impression que t'est descendu bcp plus que d'habitude (srtt la premiere), c'est peut etre ca qui n'a "pas joue"...bon en tout cas tant que ce n'est rien de grave..

  • @LEGGENDARYO ouais c'est vrai je suis quand même descendu depuis geneve cette fois!!! Non mais en fait je pense que c'est surtout l'angle et les pantalons baggy qui donne cette impression. Mais je me suis pas fait mal à 240 en fait, bon ça a surement pas aidé... mais j'ai senti la cuisse à 180 ou 210 je sais plus.
