you look good! im on day 11 . finally i made it but i feel so good u inspired me to keep going and i am on this grocery phase still going because i have lemons left over and i want to finish until they are done. maybe til day 14

hi, jst first of all u really r an inspiration, i do have a question, i started the cleanse and i want to do it as long as u did, for 30 days, my question is about the herbal laxative tea, on the box it says i shudn't drink the tea for more then a week, did u drink it for the full month u were on th mc, thank u so much for posting ur videos, u really r an inspiration and plz do keep posting;)

Thanks SO much! I actually drank the tea every day that I was on the cleanse. I even drank it twice a day on the days that I didn't do the salt water flush (which I did every other day). I think for the purposes of the cleanse it is fine to drink, but for every day consumption, I think they don't want people to become dependant on the tea for BMs... I think you will be fine for 30 days, I was :0) Way to go! Keep me posted! Blessings!
