Taurus Log 20: Replacing the ICP (Head Unit)

My tape player hasn't worked in a while and I want to be able to hook up my old iPod Shuffle via tape deck adapter again, so i got a junkyard ICP (Integrated Control Panel, which is Ford's name for it because it includes sound system and HVAC controls, most people call it a Head Unit).

I'm going to show you how to replace it. It's quite easy and swapping a stock unit with another stock unit is simply plug and play. Hopefully, the tape player in this one will work.

Edit: RCU actually stands for "Rear Chassis Unit", not "Radio Control Unit" (although it is part of the audio system).

I've done this with coat hanger wire... Install a cd player! not hard at all
