Being different today! Here is a short video of our lovely colored Angora doe, yearling "Daisy Mae". She was sheared about a month ago, so doesn't have all the lovely curly locks she had all winter, but they'll be back by fall! Angoras get shorn twice a year and yes, I am an avid spinner so her fleece will go to very good use. :) We have raised Pygmy goats for many years and are just now branching out into "fiber" goats. What fun!

oh wait, i just googled angora, and read that it is in fact a rabbit that is supposedly sheared, plucked, or the hair is collected... interesting.

so this may seem like an ignorant question.. but when something is made out of angora, is that this, but sheered? beautiful and cute, silly Daisy ya got there.. i love how she jumps all around
