@McSaibot I know, right? We have played the old games, R/B/Y (some even Green) G/S/C. We know the greatness of it. But the new kids, who have never experienced the original- never been lulled to sleep by its awesome music, played it into the midnight. They have no idea what we're talking about.... these days, graphics are all they care about.

@awesumsauce64 Not really. The new games are just as good as the old if not better and 1st and 2nd gen have been remade

@awesumsauce64 I'm not sure if you're talking about the new Pokemon games or the new games overall. If the former, they have basically the same gameplay and great music, so new kids aren't truly missing out, nor are people who grew up with the classics depriving themselves.If the latter, you're sadly right.

@awesumsauce64 The old games were awesome, but the new games are much better, hands down. Not only the graphics, but the music, than game mechanics, story line , everything is much better.

@awesumsauce64 You got that right. They were so focused on graphics that, if you notice in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald that there was a slighty better framerate for the sprites than there were in Gold/Silver/Crystal? Well, they had to REDUCE framerate in Diamond/Pearl just to be able to input the 3D graphics.

@NinjaLarvitar To me, a lot of kids are like you in that they respect the games. I rarely see any really stupid kids who never played the originals, and claim the new ones are better.. The nostalgia might not be the same for you, but still, you should really play them on an emulator sometime.
