While this is impressive carving/sculpting, I wouldn't call it a '101' course. It's more like a 300 level course.

@wlbarbo Thanks a lot, I tried to do a simple carving so I still maintain that its a 101 lesson even though it seems difficult. It seemed like a good call at the time.

thanks! this these lessons are REALLY helpful. I'm used to sculpting with clay so i didn't really know how to go about starting the pumpkin.

what are you using to carve the pumpkin for the detail plz tell me by tomarrow or before!

Would have been cool to actually see the finished product at the end and perhaps it being lit up so we could see what the depth of the pumpkin looked like.
