my first LSDj tune. I figured I'd test out the program and see what it could do before investing (haha) in a gbc and lsdj flash cart, so this is done on a VB Emulator for mac.
I was really impressed with the program, so expect more soon.
I was trying to channel the excitement and futuristic groove of a megaman boss fight (you know, when the gravity goes crazy and he starts to teleport around...) The phenome "speech" in the beginning is supposed to say "warning, warning, boss approaches, boss approaches..."
there are a few things I would definitely do different technically if I were to re-do this track, using tables for volume envelopes instead of direct, blah blah blah, but I was pretty happy with the result. The last 1/3 (where everything cuts out except the bass arpeggio) onward is pretty solid, IMHO.
Yo, hit me back with your lo-fi badassery!!!

If you're talking about audiosamples, this little thing is called LSDj, It's a ROM available for the gameboy. If you run the demo with visualboy advance, you should be able to record the sound as a WAV file and cut them into short samples :)
Google it, you'll find it no doubt. ^_^
