Hear how the idle will not drop fast enough or completely? You can fix that.
Try pushing the throttle shaft closed by hand. You will see.
Now just add a spring from the throttle shaft to one of the valve cover bolts.
If that will not do it put some grease on the felt looking washers where the throttle
shaft goes through the carb body. Make sure none of them are missing.
