Superficially Chongqing looks great but the city is spread out and there are older parts of it that are really, really decrepit and basically are slums.

Chongqing is a work in progress.

@aaaaaq27, and for all of these, your pathetic "human rights" ideology has no way of fixing. Bureaucracy and lack of effective law enforcement is the real problem of China, only democracy can fix it. But even with democracy it will take decades of honest work and reform in education, the legal system to truely get rid of bureaucracy. And a true democracy requires a healthy and strong middle class. Shallow fools like you only scratch the surface of the problem but saying those useless shit.
