@ayobuttercup I would not recommend this because you are very young. But i helped my sister lose 20lbs and this is what we did.
1. no soda, chips, candy. Limited amout only once in a while.
2. lots of water
3. dont eat past 6pm try to have a good breakfast and light lunch.
4. excersicing join a sport my sister joined softball, track, soccer, all sports she could.
5. Portion control just cause its there dont mean you have to eat it all.

I use to take them I was 200 lbs I lost 30 lbs with this pill I stop buying them and I gain the weigh back in a year so im going to say I'm 210lbs again so I bought them again I got my pills yesterday so I gonna try to the same as you you inspired me!!! Good luck and I hope you reach your goal!!!
