Part 1, STOP WAREHOUSING OUR CHILDREN

Januray 6, 2009 Residents of Sedgwick County, KS spoke before Legislators in regards to the illegal seizure of children and violations of State, Federal and Constitutional law against families. In 2005 the Legislators were told by Social Workers that they were to ignore laws. In 2008 the Secretary of SRS said that Social Workers in Sedgwick County were being bullied by the DA to falsify documents to remove children from their families. We are asking for an Outside Special Prosecutor to investigate and prosecute all individuals who have broken the law and violated the rights of children and their families.

Let it be clear that this is not the first time we have brought these issues up! Our officials refuse to act, even with exculpatory evidence within their reach. WE ARE TIRED OF BEING STUCK IN THE PINWHEEL OR PANDERED!

You are not alone. Justice is supposed to be black and white, a scale of weights and measures of evidence. But today it is more green than anything because of the money that law enforcement, courts, judges, DCS/CPS/DFCS, counseling agencies, etc are being paid to kidnap children and hold families hostage. Then you will have to use brute force. Our Founding Fathers encountered a similar experience with the British government, and their occupying army. They were continually ignored. They finally had to use warfare to repel their oppressors, for that was the only method left available to them. And IT WORKED.
