@frostyuk2007 Emotions are not something that just happen to us, you have the choice of thousands of emotions and combinations of emotions to choose from. Human beings are largely unconscious creatures stuck in a trance, believing it to be reality. Most people do not understand that YOU have a choice how to feel, depression does not exist, when you think actively and take control over your unconscious you tell it what to do and not the other way around. You must learn to think objectively

Pride! An emotion generated internally by the human nervous system, it is something we do to ourselves. As you can consciously take control over your breath, breathing is most often performed unconsciously. The same is true with emotions, do you remember the last time someone farted in your face?

Notice how you feel differently when you access this memory. Have you ever remembered something funny and started to giggle, then you consciously remember more about it and smile to yourself?
