Built from the ground up using all the best parts. I had Steve Ashworth performance do the motor but all the rest was done by yours truly. The project took just under a year from start to finish and was one of the most fun builds I've ever done.

  • Holy shit, what is the set up on your ride?! That shit sounds sooooooo sick!!

  • @hogmeier45 331 sbf with every nascar trick thrown at it, headers straight into flowmasters and a whole lot of throttle.

  • @drtimos couldn't offer anything of substance and so you say this? Oh, and congrats for using your excellent use of verbs, you must be quite the little genius!

Now run along and comment on other peoples videos and pretending you are the man and your life has meaning. I would be willing to bet "videoing" makes it into the dictionary before you figure out where your creative use of verbs went wrong.

  • Why arn't they still making any of those? And for Ford theres the cougar, thunderbird, capri, falcon, galaxy, fairlane, "and about 30 more", these are just off the top of my head.

And i do agree with you about the power adder thing but that only goes for the shitty 4.6 mod motors, but Fords pushrod motors are the best out of any other company. Why did chevy have to drop a 350 in a camaro to keep up with fords mustang which i might add, had only a "little" 302?

    dumbfuck.

  • @Trav450ER I forgot to mention that whever your order you kit from to let them know that it will be used on the street . That way you can be shyre to get the proper piston. Check out coast performance, the make a good kit for the money.

  • @Trav450ER It's all in the piston my friend, on a strip only motor not much of an issue, but on the street is another matter, As I stated earlier to get the combo to work on the 347 the pin hole had to be moved further up into the ring land area of the piston. On a street strip piston for this combo most of the reputable manufactures have addressed this issue by moving the pin hole back down a little away from the ring land area.

  • @ckelley63 How has is since been corrected? I look up kits every now and then and i dont see any changes. Only reason i stated that was simply because if im going to drop a wad into a motor like that, i want it to last quite some time before it needs a rebuild!

  • @fiveelementsstudio These issues have since been corrected, so you can have your cake and make the chevy guys eat it!!!!

  • @Trav450ER WRONG WRONG WRONG!!! The 347 is still based on the 302 block, there in where the difference comes into play is the 347 has a less favorable rod to stoke ratio than the 331. The pin hole had to be moved further up or closer to the ring land area of the piston which early on caused some oil consumption problems along with some durability issues. This has since been corrected.

  • I'm in month 3 out of my estimated year-long project. It's going pretty good. Waiting on my trans and gonna do a 5 lug all disk brake conversion after trans gets put in.

  • yes correct it's a dodge, but it isn't a kitchen! so get back there!

  • @AJahtp i wish ford (and most other car companies) had more than one muscle car in their line up,ford has the mustang, mercury had the cougar, lincoln had the mark8 but what chevy has the camaro & the overpriced corvette & dodge has the challenger & charger...and i suppose each have their own little sleepers (i.e. the new ford taurus with the 5.0 or the caddillac ctsv) but look back at the 60s fairlanes camaros mustangs falcons thunderbolts torinos cudas..we need mor muscle cars in the modern age

  • @fiveelementsstudio do you live in arkansas?
