David Sirota: Van Jones Was Targeted Because He Is Black

"They're basically putting Van Jones out to pasture because of somethign that Van Jones said was a mistake," Sirota said. "And what I think is going on here is that the White House is listening to the right-wing's political terrorists, people like Glenn Beck... because Van Jones is an African-American with progressive movement background..."

"Denying the proof of 9/11 is not an intellectual mistake," Frum responded. "It's an attempt to shift the blame for one of the worst crimes in history from the people who did it, to the people who suffered it. It's not unlike Holocaust denial in that way.

"If you traffic in such a horrific lie, you have no place in American government."

Sirota and Frum crank up the shouting toward the end, with Sirota criticizing a "witch hunt" by the "right-wing lynch mob."

"He endorsed... and condoned terrorism," Frum added. "He acted as the David Irving of Al-Qaeda."

Perfect example of how many leftist argue. Notice how Sirota uses phrases like political terrorist; racist; and lynch mob and it goes almost unchallenged by Frum and not at all questioned by CNN. The minute the Sirota said this was done by "political terrorists" Frum should have jumped in demanded his evidence for the label and demanded an apology.
