No. I talked him out of the gelding. Someone else is taking an appy mare. But a paint mare that is a skeleton, bad feet, so sunburned that her muzzled cracked and bleeding and black with scabs, he will not give to me. Or sell her. I think he is embarrassed because one died. The sheriff knows and said to call ASPCA. Did that. Called the regional director for the Western US. Nothing so far.I even told the guy I would care for the horses for free. Nothing.

thank you for this vid. I recently rescued a fleabitten grey that was in such bad condition that we don't know if he will make it. The man who had the horses still has another that is in bad condition. Nobody has done anything. I have called the cops and ASPCA. Nothing.

0:36 is awful. just think how much that horse must of strugled and how scared it must have been. to many people have horses as lawn ortaments and don't care about them. if u have horses u should care about their health and well being.

I dont understand how someone can let a horse get that way and not go to jail for it. These sick people schould not be allowed to own any animal much less a horse. Horses are very expensive and it dosent look like he can afford four horses. I think he should not have been given his horses back at his home. If anything they should have made him board them elseware. Animal abuse and neglect need to stop! What is it going to take to make or inforce Sticter laws regaurding this?
