my car is 01 and the transmission is pretty normal for now. I will take it to Honda dealer when i get a chance. T.T

it's going to die out. if your 'lude is a 2001 model, you'll have a warranty for your transmission. and in all honesty....GET IT FIXED. at least take it to a Honda dealership and tell them. when my tranny died, 1st gear would rev up to 5K rpm then sputter into 2nd gear.

i hope i'm not late, but this happened to me too. if you're approaching the 80-90k mile mark on your car and you're driving an auto, then your transmission is about to die out.
