At about 1:23 you start to hear some active finches joining in on the discussion. Sometimes Budgies just mesmerize you with they're cuteness and chatter. People say Budgies are dumb, but they are a lot nicer than my stubborn Quaker. Do not get me wrong... I love my Quaker, but i love my Budgies too.

I don't know what your budgies talk about but I know my two boys talk about the stupid unfeatherd woman which ist living with them. They throw their toys from the cage and I swear that I can hear them laughing, when I pick the toys up again and again and again ;-) Your budgies are very beautiful. Very cute.
