DETROIT (myFOXDetroit.com) — Several Detroit residents wake up with their cars covered in snow, but once they dug out, they noticed their tires were stolen. Crooks hit more than 30 cars, stealing dozens of wheels and leaving owners with a big bill.

@cheeriosinabowl There are a couple of neighborhoods (like literally 2) that appear nice from the outside but the residents in these neighborhoods still have major problems with crime. In short...it's a huge outdoor toilet.
