A Scene from "The Phantom of the Opera"

"Oh Christine..." Shot and edited live, this is a student reproduction of a scene from Andrew Lloyd Webber's haunting and beautiful musical play, The Phantom of the Opera. In this scene, Christine wakes up after being whisked away into the Phantom's dark and dreary lair.

Talented actress Kristen Zyke and actor Thomas Freeman portray Christine and the Phantom, respectfully.

Utilizing a track from Joel Schumacher's recent cinematic production of the musical, this isn't meant to compete or be compared... watch it for what it is: a film student's class project, shot and edited LIVE with a limited budget and resources... Enjoy.

Dude she has a tattoo on her back shoulder and she doesn't fit the part of christine at all This was really bad, and the guy playing the phantom is really bad sorry but thats my opinion

Thanks for your opinion man. All are welcome. This was a college project, so the details you're pointing out aren't the ones that were being graded. No biggie though; we had fun and made a great score -- that's the most important thing.

I hear ALW guards the rights strongly and you need special dispensation to do any version of the show or they'll take legal action

Well done actually :) I think the phantom was kinda cool:) He should of maybe been a little more brutal though, you know, kinda crazy-ish but still, well done!!:) Seems so fun to get to do something like that as a school project!!:D I bet you they had fun:)
