but except for the DS castlevania's there were tons of others with new kinds of gameplay and classic gameplays, not just SOTN clones

@reflexassassin well, i saw some reviews of simon quest and decided to actually play it myself, and, it feels like a metroidvania, sotn was awesome, but most if not all games after that one are the same. i still like the classic gameplay

@hawkthief This is from "Castlevania - Rondo Of Blood". Symphony Of The Night is the direct sequel to this game. Rondo was made for the Turbografx-16 (aka PC-Engine)... it's probably the best Castlevania-game ever!
