Dollhouse series review

From 2009 - 2010 creator Joss Whedon gave us "Dollhouse". A yet another superb show that was cut short by the guillotine of FOX network cancellation.

I started watching The Dollhouse on your recommendation. You were so right, this show rocks.

I couldn't stop watching and when I was done with all the episodes I was satisfied and upset at the same time, satisfied that it was a great show and ended well and upset that it was all over a bit to quickly.

Love the reviews and thank for introducing me to the show.

People love to hate Dollhouse because they thought the idea was lame or the first few episodes were slow but it got really good in season 2.

I just wish they had picked another lead actress. Dushku really didn't have the range for that kind of role; she was pretty much just "badass chick" in every episode and she had no chemistry with Paul. The guy who played Victor, though, now HE could act!

Just finished Dollhouse today. That was actually incredible! The first part of season one was slow for me, but I told myself to stick with it, because it was created by Joss Whedon, so he had to have a bunch of tricks up his sleeve. I'm so glad I did! Dollhouse admittedly picked up when Alan Tudyk joined the cast, and after that, season 2 blew my mind. Topher had the best character development.

I like this show a lot. I REALLY liked Firefly too. FOX did the dirty on both of these series! Joss Whedon has some great ideas and writes good stuff. However, this idea is not entirely original - Check out "Joe 90" right here on YooToob - that was one of my favorite shows as a kid. It was all about a young boy who was 'programmed' for each episode to be someone else... a racing driver, an assassin, a fast jet pilot. He went on missions and his scientist father chaperoned/protected him.

Just finished Dollhouse. It's like the last 3 episodes in season 1 and 2 were the most outstanding.

At first I think Joss Whedon is a horrible horrible man... then I see the end game. And no matter what I'm feeling, he always brings a smile out. He's damn brilliant. (And of course his crew is too.)
