@reallycoolguy121 You need to get your facts straight. It took 3 yrs for Overeem to make the gains that he did and it is clearly not all perfectly lean pounds. Obviously you are just a fat nerd behind a keyboard and you have not lifted any weights in your pathetic lifetime.

Those gains are easy through proper diet and a good weight training program. But you have to be dedicated and stick to it.
