Niamh FitzGibbon speaks at the Green Party's National Convention in Wexford 2009.
Niamh is a candidate for New Ross Town Council in the local elections in June.
She speaks proudly of the heritage of her 800 year old town.
She highlights the problem of dog poop in the town and has come up with a practical solution by providing 10 dog poop bins, which she purchased with the sponsorship of local business.
