I'm thinking that maybe the metal he is drilling is UHSS (Boron Steel), a normal cobalt drill bit wont drill this whereas a specific bit will, added to the pnuematic drill it makes light work of it,

Can someone tell me what the hell he is doing ?? Whats with the whacking of metal parts like some sort of italian chef sharpening a kinfe/?? What is that first thing he uses, a spot welder, a measuring tool or what? And don't get me started on the porn music, I almost thought Nina Hartley was going to strut across the screen ( I am so disappointed). :(

Would be nice to see this actually doing some real work. My cordless drill does the same thing with a 2 dollar bit. Lets see it in action on a real vehicle.
