THE LAST PATROL was a father and son trip to the National Museum of the Marine Corps and the WWII Memorial in Washington DC in April of 2007. Inspired by these beautiful landmarks, World War Two & Korean War Veterans shared wartime experiences with sons and grandsons, helping to preserve their legacy of Duty, Honor and Country.

  • In Quantico Virginia, right off the exit from Interstate 95. Well worth the trip and spending the day. Interactive displays from hitting the beach at Iwo Jima in a Higgins Boat to a cold Korean mountain and a 100 degree Vietnam firebase. Semper Fi

  • My Dad was 82 Airborne on gliders into France on D-DAY.

He never ever talked about the war and I am happy that some of the men are now sharing their war time stories with their kids so that they know.I wish my Dad was still here as now I have so many things to ask but can not. God Bless everyone of them.

  • To all the men and women who have worn the uniform in the past, I, Cpl Logan G. Rogers (USMC) Active Duty, thank you

  • My fathers best buddie died in a landing craft such as shown here, during the invasion of GUAM. My father was standing next to him and didnt get a scratch! GOD is surely in control of who lives and dies. R.I.P. Ssgt. Leo Kwick 9th regiment 3rd marine division. This looks like a great place to visit. My father just didnt talk too much about the pacific war. He carried those memories until the day he died. The Japs did some terible things to the woman of GUAM. Just terrible. R.I.P. Dad.

  • Outstanding video. God bless the Marines.
