Me playing the great title track from the latest album by Einaudi, this was originally learnt by ear, but perfected through use of sheet music.

  • how did you record the audio? everytime i just use a speaker you can hear my keys clicking and its distracting

  • @xpmoney11x you are recording via a mic, I record direct from aux outputs on piano to a digital audio recorder, you can use a PC such as a laptop also, this way there is no outside interference, just clean audio direct from piano to recording device.

  • My friend, i am amazed by your work. I learnt this song by sheet a couple of days ago, but i am having some trouble with when to use the sustain pedal , should i press it for each pulse? some parts just keep it pressed? Please , can you help me , or someone who reads this please :)

  • @KiwiPianoPLays You ideally want to depress the sustain pedal every bar/chord change, pedalling is not really a big deal with Einaudi, as his music is not the most challenging to play well. You should be able to just depress the pedal and let go as it were...then depress again for every bar with this piece more or less, you will know after practice what sounds right for the piece I would of thought.

  • Great. But why is the bed empty ? Such a player must have many girls to listen to the song. Very great playing and the rhythm hits exactly,my opinion.

  • @MrOnkelarnie couldnt agree more ;)

  • I never thought to play some of the bass with my right hand along with the treble.

  • Beautifull!

  • Nicely done.Only spotted a few mistakes,but pretty good!

  • Beautifully played!!!

  • I love this song and your interpretation :) just a question : how do you add the "ambience sound", I don't know how to call that, maybe it is violin or other but it gives a really nice effect :)

  • I absolutely love this piece! You played it absolutely brilliantly! I learnt this 2 years ago and still constantly play it. The only problem I have is that I can't accentuate the higher notes when its that 1:47 bit as I love the lower parts as well... oh well, I'll just keep on practicing! :)
