Initial testing of my prototype Lady Anne Boleyn(TM) Rev.07 valveless pulsejet design, on 26 July 2007. This video shows ease of starting, but problems in getting the engine to "run out" well. Subsequent testing showed that the problem was inadequate propane fuel pressure for the small diameter fuel tube used. The Lady Anne Boleyn was designed by Larry Cottrill; stainless steel production prototype built for me by Jim Russell and Jason Rittmiller of Jim Russell Design, Des Moines, Iowa. Video-to-file conversion was done for me by my friend Kevin Day.

  • Man that must really piss off the neighbors

  • I live on an acreage; the neighbors are a quarter mile away. The noise does really carry, though -- I wouldn't want to try doing this at 2:00 AM or something!
