@nowenterpsie I'm suggesting that awakening is a) Not a sense, senses appear to awareness, and b)it is not IN awareness, as there is ONLY awareness, so there is no inside or outside- non-local. If awakening were to happen in awareness it would be an object appearing to awareness. Awakening is the realization that I am not the object-thinker-I , it is that I am the awareness in which the thoughts and universe appear to. And it is non-dual so the universe is none other than awareness in essence.

@zarglox Thanks. I'm with you in that there is only awareness. However I also recognise that in the unfolding 'story' within awareness, it is possible for what seems to be an awakening or 'coming to' etc. etc.

Thanks for this - please do keep up this record if you can. It's a wonderful thing that technology now makes possible a "live" record of this kind of thing (realisation or awakening, or whatever one wants to call it), and it's really cool that you see this possibility too! :)

realling interesting stuff, this has been happening a bit to me recently. your salvia video was really interesting too. maybe salvia is a tool to become interconnected to the underlying consciousness which is the fundamental fabric of the universe?

I've experienced this recently. They are flashes, and it feels overwhelming but fascinating. I love the way you express yourself, i could almost get back there....

If the "experience" you had left you with a profound sense of now knowing who or what you are, that in essence you're just "nothing" at all, then you can genuinely say you've "awakened" from the "ordinary" state of reality. It's like when Nisargadatta said he was "nothing perceivable or conceivable".

thanks for posting this video. 2 yrs ago i had a similar experience that lasted for 3 days and then gradually faded over a period of 5 mnths. it was so intense i was in a state of shock for a long time. it has completely changed my life. since this time i have been meditating and practicing a variety of awareness approaches and it is gradually returning in a very deep permanent meaningful way. those glimpses you describe will return when you're being is ready. you are very blessed
