@4cellar2door0 No, it doesn't. It means regardless of when the nozzle was actually touched, the nozzle will continuously squirt water out all day long if it was rubber banded or squeezed.

@4cellar2door0 Or it might be because you've never been to the house where this was recorded and don't know that it does that whenever you squeeze the trigger of the nozzle regardless.
