I noticed this as well, but here's the thing... you're no longer allowed to call time-outs when falling out of bounds.

If you aren't one of the "choosen" ones, you can't get a call. The NCAA doesn't want the Belmonts of the world advancing. They loose millions in revenue next time due to ratings dropping for the second round. The officials have their walking papers and do what they are told.

bahahahah duke mvp i love it.. the second one wasnt so bad.. but the first one was clearly out and that guy just wanted to get in dukes pants.. so he let it go

I go to Belmont, and everyone at school thought we were going to win hands down. We had a really good team that year, and we were all shocked when we lost.

Duke's MVP strikes again! Somebody needs to guard that guy.

Hey guys... for your information, the guy asked for a timeout. It was just a fast one and the inbounced the ball instantly. In the rul buke it says: quote from Rul numbah 69:
"U can du dat".
LOL... just messin guys. ;p.

If you're going to call someone else an idiot, you first might want to learn the difference between "their" and "there".

1. If you have to slow down the play, just to see whether he was in bounds or not, you really cannot blame the ref for missing it.
2. There was no shove. There was definitely a elbow to the head, but there was no shove. He was just keeping his hands on the guy so that he could tell where the guy was while still keeping his body facing the middle of the lane. Anyone who has played defense knows that.

1. It was very evident in real time, I just slowed it down to make it clearer to the viewer.
2. Look directly under the basket before the inbounds pass. It's what caused the Belmont player to stumble.
