it looks like an rocky desert

Awe inspiring. It just boggles the mind that we can safely put a robot on a planet millions of miles from earth and control it. What is that line with white in it?

Obtain photo of Victoria Crater, Panoramic View. Look into the shadows beneath Cape Verde. You will find 2 FOUNTAINS, one grey/angular, one hexagonal/round with small PYRAMID in front. BLACK PIPE behind grey Fount., WHITE PATCH. "Boulder" next to fountains appears to have fallen from top, crushing STAIRCASE next to it. See? Jagged edges match. A HEXAGONAL FOUNTAIN in rd. Half -buried wheel shapes. Continue 'round crater: 3 X CAVES, FERTILITY GODDESS on pole, Striped TOWER, SQUARE CAVES, etc.

Surface is iron oxide. Don't think Mars would be a choice.

We have yet to find a plant in our solar system or a solar system near by that is like Earth. We simply haven't look far enough... As of this time, Mars is the best choice for a second home.
-
Are all the other planets simply unihabital, that's why we don't attempt going to them? I know Jupiter is extremely hot, but what about Saturn and the others.
-
then the US should go to war with mars...
-
It's obvious: there is a ROAD, leading to some buildings, at the end !
looks like Iraq!!

The reason why the moon looks "disturbed", is because it is actually less disturbed. On mars the weather constantly smooths the surface, where as on the moon, the sand is tossed around by meteors, and the atmosphere is not significant enough to smooth out the resulting discrepency.
