Homer Pass is from Lenoir City in eastern TN. Homer moved to Indiana in '49. Homer played guitar, fiddle, mandolin, and bass and he was a great lead player. Homer taught hundreds of people to play music and he promoted many festivals, shows, and jams. Homer liked western swing, country, and bluegrass and he was a wonderful lead and tenor singer. Fiddle players liked to play with Homer because of his powerful rhythm guitar style.
with a great sense of humor, Homer, was loved by many.
We all miss you buddy.
