  • Duck must be an exception to the rule when it comes to poultry... That didn't look fully cooked to me.. Still pink... not sure if I could eat that after years of being told to cook poultry untill fully well done...? can any one explain this.. Thanks..

  • @789123Y you gotta start with a cold pan and cook it with the skin side down until it renders all the fat, then when it is crispy you can turn it over.

  • @lfbg007 sure, but don't u think in this vid the clapping results from him throwing the duck breast on the plate (like with the second duck breast on 0:15)? im not sure, just guessing...waht u mean?? (sry4my english)
