These indigenous people prospered and flourished under the russians. Where are the indigenous people of Alaska? They're all gone...

One more thing: these Chukotskis are 5miles away from the 'dream land of hope'... NOT ONE DEFECTED or EMMIGRATED OVER TO AMERICA. I wonder why? Possibly because they are down to earth and have a lot more common sense than so called 'civilised city folk'?

I worked in Sanaquilowack years ago. Two belugas tried to get into the bay. Lunch time! The inuit dropped those whales with rifles pronto. They rushed out with skiffs. Within a couple of hours only a small piece of bone or two was left on the shore. Virtually no waste. A can of beans was about $6 then. The inuit must hunt to survival. It is their right. It is their land. I am a kabluna and I know it.

Those who LEFT OF THEIR OWN CHOOSING from Alaska did so because they WERE FREE TO CHOOSE. @kirilmv forget killing for oil...how about killing for convenience?! The slaughter of innocent unborn children, All of which could be adopted if the government would get out of things. That alone should resend our governments rights to case judgment on ANYTHING! These people don't waste, they take care of their own, old and young.
