I agree this technique is highly successful and has worked for me on every level including improving health. Two suggestions: 1) invite in your Higher Self to be your gatekeeper..to assure that only those you have invited in are authentic. 2) ask your higher self to introduce you to guides they think you would learn from. I work only with those that have passed on like Carl Jung and others like Buddha and Jesus and a few Angels!! It is a blessing. love from Evergreen
